心理咨询师

工作职责

⊙ 对来访者的心理状况作出分析与诊断，制定心理咨询计划，并指导实施；

⊙ 为来访者提供情感、家庭、事业、青少年等咨询服务，以面询为主；

⊙ 自觉遵守《中国心理学会临床与咨询心理学工作伦理守则》，坚持保密原则，对来访者的有关资料、档案应予以保密；

⊙ 做好辅导的记录及相关文件的整理，保证档案的完整性；

任职要求

⊙ 本科及以上学历，心理学、医学、教育学等相关专业，硕士及海外经历优先；

⊙具有心理咨询类相关资格证书，国家二级心理咨询师、国家三级心理咨询师，注册系统咨询师，注册系统督导师，婚姻家庭咨询师，或心理治疗师资质；

⊙ 心理咨询经验5年以上，积累个案数不低于1500小时；

⊙ 思维灵活，沟通能力强，有社会责任感、积极向上、具有奉献精神和团队合作精神。

Counselor

Work content

⊙ Make analysis and diagnosis to the client's psychological state, make the psychological consultation plan, and guide the implementation

⊙ To provide emotional, family, career, youth and other counseling services for visitors

⊙ Consciously abide by the 《Chinese Psychological Association clinical and Counseling psychology Work Ethics code》, adhere to the principle of confidentiality, the client's relevant data, files should be kept confidential

⊙ Records the cases and related documents, to ensure the integrity of the files

Requirement

⊙ Bachelor degree or above, major in psychology, medicine, education, etc., master degree and overseas experience is preferred

⊙ Having psychological counseling related certificates, national second-level psychological counselors, national third-level psychological counselors, registered system counselors, registered system supervisors, marriage and family counselors, or psychological therapists qualification

⊙ More than 5 years of psychological counseling experience, accumulated case number not less than 1500 hours

⊙ Flexible thinking, strong communication skills, social responsibility, positive, with dedication and team work spirit

家庭心理咨询师

工作职责

工作职责

⊙ 熟练掌握心理咨询专业知识，掌握国内外专业最新发展动态；

⊙ 完善中心的咨询体系，规范及细化咨询流程，接轨国际标准；

⊙ 搭建咨询师培训及成长体系，培养及独到心理咨询师；

⊙ 开展线下讲座、心理沙龙、家长课堂，普及心理健康及教育知识；

⊙ 开展相关学术研究，发表文章；

岗位要求

⊙硕士及以上，心理学、教育学、精神病学等相关专业，国内外知名大学毕业者优先；

⊙ 海外留学经验，有国际化的思维与视角，有国际临床经验者优先；

⊙ 有较强的科研能力，有国内外论文发表经验，良好的英文听说读写能力；

⊙ 接受过至少5类系统心理咨询与治疗培训，10年以上心理咨询相关经验者优先；

⊙ 对于心理学的领域，有一定的专业特长和独到的见解；

⊙ 专业知识扎实，工作能力强，热爱本行业，工作有热情，愿意助人成长；

Psychology expert

Work content

⊙ Master the professional knowledge of psychological consultation, master the latest development of domestic and foreign professional trends

⊙ Improve the center's consulting system, standardize and refine the consulting process, in line with international standards

⊙ Set up counselor training and growth system, cultivate and unique psychological counselor

⊙ Carry out offline lectures, psychological salons and parents' classes to popularize mental health and education knowledge

⊙ Carry out relevant academic research and publish articles

Requirements

⊙ Master degree or above, major in psychology, education, psychiatry or related, preferably graduated  from famous university at home and abroad

⊙ Overseas study experience, international thinking and perspective, international clinical experience is preferred

⊙ Have strong scientific research ability, have domestic and foreign paper publishing experience, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability

⊙ Have received at least 5 types of systematic psychological counseling and therapy training, more than 10 years of experience in psychological counseling is preferred

⊙ For the field of psychology, have a certain professional expertise and unique insights

⊙ Solid professional knowledge, strong work ability, love the industry, work enthusiasm, willing to help people grow

康复感统训练师

工作职责

⊙ 熟练掌握感统失调儿童的矫正训练康复工作；

⊙ 能够针对感统失调儿童行为进行康复感统训练、评估、反馈及课程计划；

⊙ 负责特殊儿童的康复训练及个性化训练；

⊙ 完善中心的咨询体系，规范及细化咨询流程，接轨国际标准；

⊙ 搭建训练师培训及成长体系，培养及独到康复感统训练师；

岗位要求

⊙ 本科及以上学历，儿童康复或护理、幼教专业毕业，康复师、护士证、特教资格证书者优先；

⊙热爱特殊儿童康复教育事业，德行好、人品佳；

⊙ 思维灵活，沟通能力强，工作主动积极、有社会责任感、积极向上、具有奉献精神和团队合作精神；

⊙接受过专业感统课程培训，有1年以上康复感统教师工作经历优先。

Sensory Integration Trainer

Work content

⊙ Master the behavioral training and rehabilitation work of children with sensory disorders；

⊙Be able to conduct sensory integration training, assessment, feedback and curriculum planning for children with sensory integration disorders；

⊙  Responsible for rehabilitation training and personalized training for children with special needs;

⊙ Improve the center's consulting system, standardize and refine the consulting process, in line with international standards;

⊙ Build a training program to train therapists;

Requirements

⊙ Bachelor degree or above, major in child rehabilitation or nursing, preschool education, holding rehabilitation certificate, nurse certificate, special education certificate is preferred;

⊙ Love the field of rehabilitation education for special children, with good morals and good character;

⊙ Critical thinking, strong communication skills, active in work, social responsibility, positive, dedication and teamwork spirit;

⊙ Have received professional sensory integration course training, and have more than 1 year's work experience as a rehabilitation sensory integration teacher is preferred.
